INSTRUCTION

mix in a large frying pan with a little olive oil and stir constantly until brown (1 minute). Add half a glass of water or white wine and let evaporate. Gradually add another 700 ml of hot water and stir until fully absorbed (15 minutes). Add salt to taste. Add a pat of butter and stir well (1 minute).
